A&E overturning blowers serve to clean glass jars, bottles, vials and jars availing of a jet of air, removing any dust and solid materials sedimented prior to proceeding with the filling operations.
Our machines collect the products from the worktop then rotate them via two chains with opposing rubber pads. Next, the appropriate blow bar, powered by an electro fan, generates an air flow that eliminates any residue and dust.
The distance between the blow bar and the product is adjustable and is modified by means of a special lever for immediate operation without requiring any tools. Once processed, the products are returned to the initial height or unloaded at a higher/lower level.
