A&E Conveyor Systems provides container dryers to suit all your needed applications. We supply high-pressure air knives and self-contained pressure blower dryer systems for removing excess water from containers. Our equipment is designed to fit into existing production lines, removing water from containers as they pass through the system.
When you have a need to remove excess water on your containers or packages– A&E Conveyor Systems has the right system to fit your needs. We have designed systems that removed up to 99% of the water from cans running at 700 CPM directly out of a continuous cooker. We can design the system to be installed over existing conveyors or provide the conveyance as part of the system. The systems can be customized to include enclosures to capture the water, sound damping housing for the blowers and inverter twists for drying both tops and bottoms. We use the latest technology centrifugal blowers sized for the amount of air flow requirements. The air knives provide a high pressure curtain of air for wiping containers dry.
Full Can Dryers:
Heavy duty frame construction with splash covers and collection pan. Multiple air knives manifolds, positioned to wipe the containers as they pass by. Air is supplied from a high volume pressure blower. Through conveyor can be cable or roller type chain. Stainless Steel and mild steel construction.
