A&E Lane Divider Equipment.

Posted on August 9th, 2021 by Joe Kusmisz.

Throughout the years of our experience partnering with all sized brewers and makers of spirits we saw the challenge when shifting from standard 12 packs to 4 and 6 packs. We understand that the fillers and conveyors installed in your brewing facilities need to run at their preferred speeds for maximum efficiency which was primarily designed for conveying, filling and packing 12 packs. Because of customers’ desires for 4 and 6 packs, when shifting to these new quantities there is a need to slow down your conveying and filling because of slower packing. This situation causes challenges with intermittent motion packaging equipment limiting the cycles permitted and slowing down the line’s productivity overall. This was our motivation to produce our lane dividing equipment. With our equipment you can convey, fill and pack twice as many 4 and 6 packs per cycle. We achieve this by allowing 4 and 6 pack cartons to be rotated if needed and then divided into 2 lanes. Now you can run your filler and intermittent motion packer at its rated 15 cycles per minute speed which helps your brewery line be more efficient.

New Product Designs

Posted on February 25th, 2013 by Joe Kusmisz.

3D Lay Down Device

Lay Down device for Cap Sterilization

Continuous running chains rotate at a right angle as they travel forward to gently lay bottles over as they are being conveyed. Used for cap sterilization. Same motion used to stand the bottles back up. Does not require any change parts or adjustments to handle multiple size bottles.

Conveyor design can also be used for many other applications requiring rotating the product in a continuous motion.
